The Permanent Wood Foundation named above is a well thought out custom structural Design. The Designer whose name and signature appears below bears full responsibility ONLY for the Design of the Permanent Wood Foundation including its Floor/Ceiling Nailing Assembly. The Installer shall entirely bear the responsibility for following ALL the Details of the Design for the construction of this Permanent Wood Foundation. Any Deviation from the Design named above requires the written consent of the Designer. If the foundation is a Panel foundation, Have the panel company sign and take full responsibility for the panel design and performance.
